Using the website
The public pages are open to everyone. The portal is for people who have been given an account. These terms cover both. The programme itself is covered by the Terms and Conditions.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by instructors. Keep your password secret and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell your instructor straight away if you think it has been misused.
- We may deactivate an account that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, including this site;
- use what you learn against any system you do not own or do not have written permission to test;
- copy, scrape or resell the course content, labs or answers, except as the law allows;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- disrupt the service, for example by sending automated or excessive requests.
Intellectual property
The courses, labs, text, design and logo belong to CodeX2 or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. Videos and tools mentioned in lessons belong to their owners. Names of other companies and products are used to describe them and do not imply any partnership.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites for convenience and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the academy available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, pause or remove features and content.
Responsibility
The website and portal are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, CodeX2 is not liable for loss that comes from using or being unable to use them. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
